Dr. Subhash Lakshminarayana

Subhash Lakshminarayana is an assistant professor in the University of Warwick's School of Engineering since September 2018. Prior to joining Warwick, he worked as a research scientist at the Advanced Digital Sciences Center (ADSC) in Singapore between 2015-2018. His research interests include cyber-physical system security (power grids and urban transportation) and wireless communications. His works have been selected among the Best Conference Papers at the IEEE Power Energy Society General Meeting (PESGM) 2015 conference, and the Best 50 Papers at the IEEE Globecom 2014 conference. He regularly serves as a technical program committee member of top IEEE conferences (IEEE SmartGridComm, Globecom, WiOpt).
Dr. Daisuke Mashima
Advanced Digital Sciences Center, Singapore
Daisuke Mashima is a senior research scientist at Advanced Digital Sciences Center in Singapore. He is also a research affiliate ofUniversity of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. His research focus is cybersecurity in smart grid and cyber-physical systems. He is currently leading 3 government-funded projects in Singapore, which are in smart grid security and smart city privacy. He recently contributed organization of conferences as a symposium co-chair for IEEE SmartGridComm 2019 and Mini-symposium organizer at IEEE PES ISGT Asia 2018. Previously, he was a member of the research staff at Fujitsu Laboratories of America, where he worked on research about smart energy and smart home technologies, especially in information security and privacy aspects. While working at Fujitsu, he also served as an editor of the spec document of OpenADR 2.0b.
